About 100+ Women Who Care

100+ Women Who Care Silicon Valley is a giving circle where members nominate local organizations to receive funding. At each meeting, three pre‐nominated organizations are picked “from the hat” to share its mission and vision with the group. After the three organizations present, members then vote anonymously and the organization with the most votes receives a check for $100 from each member, written that evening directly to the winning organization. Founded in 2013, the group is patterned after similar all‐women Giving Circles located throughout the United States and Canada.
